Life on The 'Juan is pretty laid back. Abe has been a little fussy of late. He didn't eat a whole lot yesterday, which of course he was very hungry in the night time. As in , eating at 10, 11, midnight, and 2 am. Usually he eats every two hours, and three at night. But a full Abe is a happy Abe, so Emily is happy to fill up his tummy. He has been eating a little better off the boob, which is always encouraging.
Today we went into town again. We went to get some more stain (Scott and I are staining some wood), Abe had his first trip to the dump to drop off the recycle and an old TV, and now we're at the library. Nice to see that Grampy Clave made a guest post with some pictures of the Welcome Abe party.
Here is Abe going for a stroll around the neighborhood in his stroller. He was wide awake, but only for a little while. All the bumps put him right to sleep. Here is Mom pushing her son along the path.
Another beautiful night on San Juan Island.
We return home from our evening stroll.
Me and my Little Buddy.
This was taken on our deck on Monday night. I love all the colors that come out during the sunsets.

What a little bean! He's so tall. Scenery is beautiful...are you down by cattle point? So jealous!
Looks like you are having a good time. Abe's face seems to have filled out so much in these last few days. Uncle Scott seems to feel a little more at ease holding the kid. Can't wait to have you back to hold him again.
Neil, you're supposed to call Joe so we can see about coming to visit... He tried calling, alas to no avail.
Thanks.
