Here is our great sleeping arrangement. Those boards were very hard, and that tiny foam mattress did little to cushion our sleep.

Beautiful! I haven't posted a comment yet on your blog, but have been keeping updated from time to time. I think once you're north of the US, people just take advantage of being outdoors more often, especially during the summer. Your pics and adventures make me miss living in Quebec...even though it was SO COLD for many many months. Enjoy, both of you! (And happy anniversary soon, correct?)
