Tuesday's Adventures

Today Emily, Abe and I made our way down to the Lorimer's neighborhood. We met with their neighbor Amy, who is a midwife. We wanted to see if she had any suggestions for Emily to help with this whole breast-feeding business. I had talked to our pediatrician the previous night, and he has said that we could stop giving Abe so much extra-pumped breastmilk - now we can cut down to only 150 - 200 mL a day (we had been givng him up to 650 mL some days). Amy seemed to echo the same sentiment, and that we don't have to be so vigulant with feeding him every 2 -3 hours, which is nice to hear.

After seeing Amy we made a stop at the Great-Grandparent's house to see Abe's Great-Grandpa. We hung out for a while and took some nice pictures. Abe sure had fun with his Great-Grandpa, and his Great-Grandpa had a great time with Abe.Abe and his Great-Grandpa. Everyone loves holding little babies. The three Lorimer's standing together.
Look at how cute little Abe is.
Abe likes to catch some Zzz's while in your arms.

After we got back from seeing Great-Grandpa Bud, Emily and my Mom went to yoga while Scott, Abe and I dropped off our rent check and had an Indonesian lunch (I'm into getting at places/doing things that I can't exactly do up in Anchorage). Now Abe is having a little lunch of his own, thanks to Momma Emily.

it seems that aonly his great grandma hasn't seen him for ages and ages (hint hint) I'm thinking that you all will be staying at the Lockes soon, and then that will be remided.
