I am back safely in Seattle, eagerly awaiting my surgery tomorrow morning. I check into Swedish at 5:30AM (that's 4:30AM Emily's time). The surgen will go over some things with me again, and we should get the show on the road around 7:30. It should take about 2 hours, and then about an hour in recovery. Then I'll be sent back to my room, probably by 11am. They want me to spend the night on Wednesday, so if anyone is just itching to go hang out at Swedish, swing on by and say hi.
For my last meal I had some Nasai Teriyaki (chicken). It tasted even better than I imagined it would. I love it when that happens.
